[摘要]目的：分析铒,铬:钇钪镓石榴石（Er,Cr:YSGG）激光牙体预备在IPS Empress铸瓷贴面修复前牙中的应用效果。方法：选
择2017年1月-2018年1月笔者医院IPS Empress铸瓷贴面修复的37例患者（患病前牙80颗）进行研究。将患者按照随机数字表法分
为对照组（17例，38颗）和研究组（20例，42颗）。对照组使用金刚砂车针牙体预备，研究组给予Er,Cr:YSGG激光牙体预备。
修复1周后，比较分析两组患者对修复体的满意度。对两组患者近期（6个月）和远期（3年）临床效果进行随访，比较分析两组
患者近远期临床效果。结果：修复后1周，研究组患者修复体颜色满意率（100.00%）、外形满意率（100.00%）和舒适度满意率
（95.00%）均明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。近期临床修复效果，研究组患者的边缘合适度、牙敏感症状
和颜色匹配均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；远期临床修复效果，研究组患者的边缘合适度、牙龈健康状
况和颜色匹配均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：IPS Empress铸瓷贴面修复前牙中，Er,Cr:YSGG激光
牙体预备可提高患者修复满意度，改善近远期临床修复效果，是铸瓷贴面修复前牙中较为理想的牙体预备方法。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of erbium, chromium: Er (Cr:YSGG) laser teeth in the anterior teeth of IPS Empress
cast porcelain veneer. Methods 37 patients (80 anterior teeth) with IPS Empress veneer repair in our hospital from January
2017 to January 2018 were studied. And randomly divided into control group (17 cases, 38 teeth) and study group (20 cases, 42
teeth). The control group was prepared with the emery car, and the study group was given Er and Cr:YSGG laser. After 1 weeks
of repair, the satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared. The clinical effects of two groups of patients (6 months)
and long term (3 years) were followed up, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results 1
weeks after repair, the color satisfaction rate (100.00%), the appearance satisfaction rate (100.00%) and the comfort degree
satisfaction rate (95.00%) of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and there
was a statistically significant difference in the satisfaction degree of prostheses between the two groups (P ＜0.05). The effect
of recent clinical repair, the marginal fitness, dental sensitivity and color matching of the study group were significantly better
than those of the control group,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P ＜0.05). Effect of longterm
clinical repair, the marginal fitness, gingival health and color matching of the study group were significantly better than
those of the control group,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Er and
Cr:YSGG laser dental preparation can improve patient satisfaction and improve clinical outcomes in IPS Empress porcelain
veneer restoration. It is an ideal tooth preparation method for restoration of anterior teeth with ceramic veneers.
