摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨复方氟米松软膏联合派瑞松治疗特应性皮炎的疗效及对患者美观效果的影响。方法：选择笔者科室2015年
5月-2017年5月收治的104例特应性皮炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（复方氟米松软膏治疗）及观察组
（复方氟米松软膏联合派瑞松治疗），每组52例，对两组患者临床疗效以及美观效果进行比较。结果：观察组美观优良率为
94.23%，对照组美观优良率为86.54%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率分别为7.69%和5.77%，差异无
统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；治疗前两组SCORAD评分无明显差异，治疗后差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：复方氟米松软
膏联合派瑞松治疗特应性皮炎疗效满意且大幅提升了患者的美观效果，可临床推广使用。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To probe into the compound flumetasone ointment with pevisone in treating atopic dermatitis and its
influence on the appearance of patients. Methods Randomly in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were 104 cases
of atopic dermatitis patients were divided into control group (compound flumetasone ointment treatment) and observation
group (compound flumetasone ointment plus pevisone treatment) of the 52 cases, compared two groups of clinical curative
effect and aesthetic effect. Results The observation group has excellent rate of 94.23%, the control group has excellent rate of
86.54%,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05); the adverse reactions of the two groups The incidence rates were
7.69% and 5.77%, the difference was not statistically significant (P ＞0.05); the two groups before treatment SCORAD score
had no significant difference, statistically significant difference after treatment (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Compound flumetasone
ointment with pevisone treatment of atopic dermatitis can obtain ideal curative effect and can significantly enhance the aesthetic
effect of patients. As the preferred treatment to promote the use of program.
