［摘要］目的：观察中药联合果酸治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及其在RCM下的影像学变化。方法：将80例气滞血瘀型黄褐斑患者随
机分为两组，对照组：40例，单用果酸治疗；治疗组：40例，在果酸治疗的基础上口服血府逐瘀胶囊。8周后进行临床疗效评
定及RCM监测其影像学的变化。结果：治疗组有效率为85%，对照组有效率为45%，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；RCM（反
射式共聚焦激光扫描显微镜）监测下，两组患者树突状细胞减少，色素密度降低，治疗后两组差异有统计学意义。结论：血
府逐瘀胶囊联合果酸治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑疗效优于单纯外用果酸治疗，RCM下影像学变化能很好地评估其临床疗效。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of melasma and its imaging changes in RCM by the combination
of traditional Chinese medicine and glycolic acid peeling. Methods 80 patients of melasma were randomly divided into two
groups. In the control group, 40 cases were treated with glycolic acid peeling; In the treatment group, 40 cases were treated
with Xuefu Zhuyu capsule. After 8 weeks, the clinical efficacy and its imaging changes by RCM were conducted. Results The
effective rate of treatment group was 85% and the control group was 45%.The difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).
Under the monitoring of RCM (reflex confocal laser scanning microscope), the dendritic cells were reduced and the density
of pigment decreased in both groups and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion The
efficacy of melasma by the combination of Xuefu Zhuyu capsule and glycolic acid peeling was better than the efficacy of
glycolic acid peeling, and the imaging changes in RCM can be used to evaluate its clinical efficacy.
