摘要:: [摘要]目的：评价桃红四物合六味地黄汤加减治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年5月-2017年5月陕西省第四人民
医院皮肤科收治的黄褐斑患者80例，将患者随机分为研究组和对照组，每组40例。研究组采用桃红四物合六味地黄汤加
减治疗，对照组采用维生素治疗，治疗后对两组患者的皮损面积、临床疗效、全身症状改善情况、血清SOD、CAT、MDA水
平进行统计分析。结果：研究组患者的皮损面积显著小于对照组（P ＜0.05），总有效率92.5%显著高于对照组57.5%（P
＜0.05），月经不调、白带异常、腰膝酸软、神疲乏力改善率72.5%、65.0%、77.5%、72.5%，均显著高于对照组20.0%、
22.5%、7.5%、12.5%（P ＜0.05），血清SOD、CAT水平均显著高于对照组（P ＜0.05），MDA水平显著低于对照组（P
＜0.05）。结论：桃红四物合六味地黄汤加减治疗黄褐斑临床效果优于维生素治疗。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined with six ingredients
Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of chloasma. 80 patients with chloasma. Methods From May 2015 to May 2017 in our
hospital were randomly selected cases, according to the treatment methods, the patients were divided into six Taohong Siwu
Dihuang Decoction treatment group (study group, n =40) and vitamin treatment group (control group,n =40) two, statistical
analysis of two groups of patients with skin area the clinical efficacy, systemic symptoms, serum SOD, CAT, MDA. Results
the patients in the study group, the lesion area was significantly less than the control group (P ＜0.05), the total efficiency of
92.5% treatment was significantly higher than the control group 57.5% (P ＜0.05), irregular menstruation,abnormal leucorrhea,
Yaoxisuanruan,lassitude and improvement rate of 72.5%,65.0%,77.5% ,72.5% were significantly higher than the control group
20%,22.5%,7.5%,12.5% (P ＜0.05),serum SOD,CAT levels were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05),
the level of MDA was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of modified
Siwu Siwu Decoction Combined with Six Ingredient Rehmannia Decoction in the treatment of chloasma is better than that of
vitamin treatment.
