摘要:
[摘要]因硅胶假体的无毒性、生物适应性、化学稳定性、塑性好及方便操作等特性使得其在隆鼻术中广受欢迎，而亚洲人群
鼻部软组织较厚、鼻软骨较薄弱，硅胶假体隆鼻后更易发生包膜挛缩。目前研究认为包膜挛缩的发生与感染、血肿、反复创
伤、软骨过度切除等因素有关。由包膜挛缩后的临床表现确定其挛缩分级，根据分级情况采用手术切开、切除挛缩包膜、假
体取出等相应的治疗方案，并且通过预防、正确的手术操作及抗菌药物的合理运用，可降低包膜挛缩的发生率。

Abstract:
Abstract:The nontoxicity,biological adaptability,chemical stability,ease of plasticity and other features make the silicone
rhinoplasty enjoy a great popularity. Due to the thicker nasal soft tissue and the weakened nasal cartilag,the Asian is prone to
capsular contracture after rhinoplasty.Infection,hematoma,repeated injuries to the nasal tissue and overaggressive resection
of cartilage are assumed to contribute to the formation of capsular contracture.According to the relevant factors of capsule
formation,the incidence of capsular contracture can be reduced through prevention,appropriacte oparaton and suitable use of
antibiotics.
