摘要:: [摘要]目的：观察角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C及羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的美容效果。方法：选择复发性翼状胬
肉患者46例53眼，在显微镜下行复发性翼状胬肉切除、角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C及羊膜移植，术后观察3～24个月。
结果：本组共46例53眼，51眼术后舒适，角膜、结膜面光滑平整，表面无充血，无新生血管及翼状胬肉组织再复发，眼部美
观改善，复发2眼，复发率为3.77%。结论：角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C及羊膜移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉再复发率低，
创面修复好，安全可靠，眼部美容效果好。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To observe the cosmetic effect of limbal stem cell transplantation with mitomycin C(MMC) and amniotic
membrane transplantation for recurrent pterygium. Methods Forty-six cases with recurrent pterygium were collected. The
recurrent pterygium was dissected under the microscope. The dissected area was applied with limbal stem cell transplantation and
mitomycin C and amniotic membrane transplantation. We had postoperative follow-up from three months to two years. Results
There were 46 cases(53 eyes). Postoperative comfort,smooth and smooth corneal and conjunctival surfaces, no congestion, no
recurrence of neovascularization and pterygium, and improvement of eye aesthetics were observed in 51 eyes. The recurrence rate
was 3.77%(2/53). Conclusion Limbal stem cell transplantation with mitomycin C(MMC) and amniotic membrane transplantation
had good result for recurrent pterygium.Wound recovery was good.Recurrence rate was low. The method was reliable.
