[摘要]目的：探讨微创环切术在口腔种植中的医学及美学效果。方法：以145例牙缺失患者为研究对象，根据患者意愿分为
对照组与观察组。对照组（63例）予以常规翻瓣种植，观察组（82例）采用微创环切术治疗，比较两组手术效果及牙龈乳头
高度，采用粉红美学记分标准（PES）评估美容效果。结果：对照组手术时间、术后疼痛持续时间、术后肿胀持续时间均显
著高于观察组（P ＜0.05），但两组牙槽嵴的骨吸收量无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；观察组牙龈乳头3度为51.2%，显著高于对
照组的23.8%（P ＜0.05）；观察组PES总分（12.6±2.3）分，显著高于对照组的（9.5±1.8）分（P ＜0.05）；观察组美观
程度、固定功能、舒适功能评分均显著高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；但两组咀嚼功能、语言功能无显著性差异（P ＞0.05）。结
论：微创环切术可显著提高口腔种植的手术疗效，改善患者口腔外观，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To explore the medical effect and aesthetic effect of minimally invasive circumcision in the oral
implantation. Methods 96 cases of patients with tooth loss were selected for the study and were grouped according to the
patient’s surgical program. The control group (n =63) was treated with conventional flap implantation, and the observation group
(n =82) was treated with minimally invasive circumcision. The surgical effects and the height of gingival papilla were compared
between the two groups, and the aesthetic effect was evaluated by the pink aesthetic score (PES). Results The operative
time,postoperative pain duration and postoperative swelling duration in the control group were significantly higher than those
in the observation group(P ＜0.05), but there was no significant difference in the alveolar bone absorption between the two
groups (P ＞0.05). The percentage of the gingival papilla with 3 degree was significantly higher than that in the control group
(51.9% vs 23.8%) (P ＜0.05). The total score of PES in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control
group [(12.6±2.3) points vs (9.5±1.8) points] (P ＜0.05). The scores of aesthetic degree, fixation function and comfort function
in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). But there was no significant
difference in masticatory function and language function between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive
circumcision can significantly improve the surgical efficacy of oral implantation and the oral cavity appearance with high
satisfaction,therefore it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
