摘要:
[摘要]目的：评估A型肉毒毒素咬肌注射联合透明质酸颊部注射填充的疗效。方法：选取要求改善中下面部轮廓的女性患者
96例，分为两组。其中治疗组的62例采用咬肌注射肉毒毒素联合透明质酸填充颊部凹陷，对照组34例单纯咬肌注射肉毒毒
素。采集治疗后1、3、6月照片比对治疗效果并整理患者满意度数据。结果：所有患者在治疗后的1、3、6个月，满意度均较
治疗前显著提高。组间比较显示，在相同时间点治疗组的满意度显著高于对照组，OR值为3.637。结论：单纯咬肌注射A型肉
毒毒素可有效改善咬肌肥大患者的中下面部线条问题，如果同时使用透明质酸填充颊部凹陷，可以取得更好的治疗效果。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the comprehensive approach to female mid-lower facial treatment using
botulinum toxin type A(BoNT-A) and hyaluronic acid(HA). Methods 96 female patients with middle and lower facial contours
were selected and divided into two groups.62 cases in the treatment group were treated with botulinum toxin injection combined
with hyaluronic acid to fill the buccal depression, while 34 cases in the control group were injected with botulinum toxin in
the masseter muscle alone.Compare the effect of treatment with the photos of 1,3 and 6 months after treatment.And collate the
patient satisfaction data. Results All patients experienced significant improvement after treatment while combined therapy
group showed more satisfied with the treatment,OR=3.673. Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A injected into masseter muscle
alone can effectively improve the lower and middle lines of patients with masseter muscle hypertrophy. If hyaluronic acid is
used to fill the buccal depression at the same time, better therapeutic effect can be achieved.
