[摘要]目的：了解痤疮后遗皮损的相关影响因素。方法：采用非随机、立意抽样调查法，在华西医院门诊及化妆品评价中心
收集痤疮后遗皮损患者，参与问卷调查的填写。结果：共有804例患者参与调查。多因素Logistic回归分析显示：男性与痤
疮后萎缩性瘢痕的发生相关；精神压力大与痤疮后色素沉着的产生相关；亲属痤疮愈后遗留红斑、色素沉着、萎缩性瘢痕与
患者本人痤疮后遗皮损的发生相关。Spearman等级相关分析显示：丘疹、脓疱的好转时间与痤疮后红斑、增生性瘢痕的遗留
时间呈正相关；结节、囊肿的好转时间与萎缩性瘢痕的遗留时间呈正相关。讨论：男性更容易发生痤疮后萎缩性瘢痕，精神
压力大是痤疮后色素沉着的危险因素，痤疮后遗皮损的发生可能也有遗传倾向，痤疮炎性皮损的好转时间与痤疮后遗皮损的
遗留时间相关。
Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To study the related factors of post-acne lesions. Methods Nonrandom, purposive sampling method
was taken. Some outpatients with post-acne lesions in the West China Hospital and the Evaluation Centre of cosmetics were
collected and filled out the questionnaire. Results Male related to the occurrence of atrophic scars. Mental stress associated
with post-acne hyperpigmentation’s generation. The family members’ post-acne erythema, pigmentation associated and atrophic
scar associated with the patient’s lesion. The healing time of papule and pustule was positively correlated with that of postacne
erythema and hypertrophic scar. The healing time of nodule and cyst of acne was positively correlated with that of postacne
atrophic scar. Conclusion Men were more likely to have post-acne atrophic scars.Mental stress associated with post-acne
hyperpigmentation’s generation. Post-acne lesions may also have a genetic predisposition. The healing time of inflammatory
lesions associated with existential time of post-acne lesions.
