[摘要]目的：分析Ⅱ度烫伤患儿应用异种脱细胞真皮基质覆盖治疗的效果评价。方法：选取笔者医院2016年10月-2017年11
月收治的Ⅱ度烫伤患儿90例进行研究，按照数字表法随机分为对照组（44例）和观察组（46例），对照组给予传统换药方
式进行治疗，观察组给予异种脱细胞真皮基质覆盖治疗。观察并比较两组患儿的创面愈合时间、感染情况、换药次数、创
面愈合质量以及疼痛情况。结果：观察组的浅Ⅱ度创面愈合时间（8.03±1.23）d、感染率（0.00%），深Ⅱ度创面愈合时
间（12.58±1.70）d、感染率（5.26%）均显著低于对照组[浅Ⅱ度创面愈合时间（11.56±2.20）d、感染率（18.52%），
深Ⅱ度创面愈合时间（15.90±1.40）d、感染率（35.29%）]，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组的换药次数
（2.63±0.88）次、创面愈合质量（4.02±0.72）分以及疼痛率（4.35%）显著低于对照组的换药次数（6.94±0.92）次、
创面愈合质量（8.20±1.09）分以及疼痛率（59.09%），差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。结论：应用异种脱细胞真皮基质
覆盖治疗Ⅱ度烫伤患儿效果显著，能够显著降低换药次数及疼痛程度，有效促进创面愈合时间，预防感染的发生，提高创面
愈合质量。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of heterologous acellular dermal matrix covering treatment for second degree scald
children. Methods Ninety children with second degree scald who admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to November
2017 were selected for research, and the patients were randomly divided into the control group (n =44) and the observation
group (n =46). The patients in the control group were treated with traditional dressing, and the patients in the observation group
were given heterologous acellular dermal matrix covering treatment. The wound healing time, infection, dressing frequency,
wound healing quality and pain of patients in two groups were observed and compared. Results The wound healing time
(8.03±1.23) d and infection rate (0.00%) of superficial second degree scald, and the wound healing time (12.58±1.70) d and
infection rate (5.26%) of deep second degree scald in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control
group [wound healing time (11.56±2.20) d and infection rate (18.52%) of superficial second degree scald, and the wound
healing time (15.90±1.40) d and infection rate (35.29%) of deep second degree scald], the differences were statistically
significant(P ＜0.05). The dressing frequency (2.63±0.88) times, wound healing quality (4.02±0.72) and pain rate (4.35%) of
the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group [dressing frequency (6.94±0.92) times, wound
healing quality (8.20±1.09) and pain rate (59.09%)], and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Conclusion
The application of heterologous acellular dermal matrix covering treatment has significant effect for the treatment of children
with second degree scald, it can significantly reduce the dressing frequency and pain degree, effectively promote wound healing
time, prevent the occurrence of infection and improve the quality of wound healing.
