[摘要]目的：探讨全瓷贴面对氟斑牙患者前牙美学修复的临床应用价值。方法：选择2014年1月-2016年1月在笔者科室行全
瓷贴面修复的70例(170颗牙)氟斑牙患者为研究对象，采用IPS e.max易美铸瓷系统及Variolink N多功能美学粘接系统对
所有氟斑牙患者进行前牙贴面修复，在修复２周、6、12、24个月后进行复查，根据美国加州牙科协会(CDA)评价标准对全
瓷贴面的修复效果进行评价，计算成功率。结果：修复2周后，复查率为100.00%，10.00%有轻度牙龈炎、7.06%牙龈有明
显充血肿胀、11.76%出现术后敏感反应，成功率为92.94%；修复6个月后，复查率为100.00%，3.53%有轻度结石，成功率
为100.00%；修复12个月后，复查率为92.94%，3.16%有瓷贴面少量缺损，5.70%有轻微变色，1.90%出现继发龋，成功率为
98.10%；修复24个月后，复查率为92.77%，7.79%有瓷贴面少量缺损，3.90%有微小缝隙，7.79%有轻微变色，7.79%有轻度结
石，3.90%有医师(或患者)不满意，成功率为96.10%。男性与女性的成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P ＞0.05)，轻、中度的成
功率明显高于重度(P ＜0.05)。结论：全瓷贴面对氟斑牙患者前牙美学修复的效果好，临床价值高，值得临床推广。
Abstract:
Abstracts: Objective To discuss the clinical value of porcelain laminate veneer(PLV) in aesthetic restoration of anterior
teeth in patients with dental fluorosis. Methods 70(170 teeth) cases of patients with dental fluorosis which was repaired
by PLV in the stomatology department of our hospital during 2014.1-2016.1. The PLV restoration was carried out by IPS
e.max casting porcelain system and Variolink N multi-function aesthetic bonding system. The repair effect was evaluated and
successful rate was calculated according to the evaluation criteria of california dental association(CDA) in the second week
and the sixth,twelfth, twenty-fourth month after restoration. Results In the second week after restoration, the review rate
was 100.00%, successful rate was 92.94% and there was 10.00% of mild gingivitis, 7.06% of obvious congestion swelling
of gingiva, 11.76% of postoperative sensitive reaction. In the sixth month after restoration, the review rate was 100.00%,
successful rate was 100.00% and there was 3.53% of mild stone. In the twelfth month after restoration, the review rate was
92.94%, successful rate was 98.10% and there was 3.16% of small defects in porcelain veneer, 5.70% of light discolouration,
1.90% of secondary caries. In the twenty-fourth month after restoration, the review rate was 92.77%, successful rate was
96.10% and there was 7.79% of small defects in porcelain veneer, 3.90% of tiny cracks, 7.79% of light discolouration,
7.79% of mild stone, 3.90% of dissatisfaction of physician or patients. There was no statistical significance on successful
rate between male and female(P ＞0.05), the successful rate of mild and moderate fluorosis was significantly higher than that of
severe fluorosis(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The repair effect was better and clinical value was high of PLV in aesthetic restoration
of anterior teeth in patients with dental fluorosis and it was worthy of clinical promotion.
