摘要:
[摘要]为探讨活动腭杆治疗前牙开牙合患者的治疗效果。采用双侧上颌第一磨牙带环腭侧点焊舌侧鞘，将弯制好的活动腭杆插
入舌侧鞘后结扎固定，利用舌肌的力量压低后牙，使前牙开牙合得以矫治。治疗后20例患者后牙均被有效压低，前牙开牙合得以
矫治。活动腭杆制作简单，矫治效果确切、可靠、安全，是治疗前牙开牙合的有效方法。

Abstract:
Abstract: To study the effects of posterior teeth intrusion by removable palatal bar in the treatment of anterior open bite. Bands
on the bilateral maxillary first molar was fixed with lingual tube by spot welding technique, then removable palatal bar was
insert into the tube, the force of lingualis was utilized to intrude the anterior teeth so as to treat anterior open bite.Posterior
teeth intrusion was effective in twenty cases, anterior open bite was corrected. Removable palatal bar is an simple and effective
method in the treatment of anterior open bite.
