[摘要]目的:本研究拟通过多序列分型(MLST)方法研究是否存在某些和痤疮发病密切相关的基因型。方法:分离培养痤疮
患者和健康志愿者皮肤中的痤疮丙酸杆菌株,进行管家基因扩增、测序、比对,比较不同来源的菌株的基因型、亲缘关系及
分子流行病学特征。结果:痤疮患者和健康志愿者皮肤标本痤疮丙酸杆菌检出阳性率分别为80.49%和80.77%,差异无统计学
意义(P >0.05)。来自健康志愿者的21个菌株可以被分为8个序列类型(ST),分别是ST3、ST8、ST9、ST10、ST18、ST26、
ST27和ST46;而来自于患者的33个菌株仅被分为3个ST,它们是ST3、ST26和ST28。结论:痤疮的发生和皮肤中痤疮丙酸杆菌
的阳性检出率并无明显关系,但来自于痤疮患者菌株的ST生物多样性明显降低,ST28等基因型与痤疮的发病密切相关。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To assess if certain Propionibacterium acnes STs have closed relationship to the developing of acne.
Methods Propionibacterium acnes strains isolated from patients with acne and healthy controls were testified by multilocus
sequence typing(MLST), and phylogenetic analysis was carried out with MEGA7 software. Results The positive rates of
Propionibacterium acnes in the skin samples of patients with acne and healthy volunteers was 80.49% and 80.77%, respectively,
and the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05). The 21 strains isolated from volunteers were categorized into 8
different sequence types(STs), include ST3, ST8, ST9, ST10, ST18, ST26, ST27, ST46 and the 33 strains isolated from patients
were only categorized into 3 STs, include ST3, ST26 and ST28. Conclusion There was no significant relationship between the
occurrence of acne and the detection rate of Propionibacterium acnes . The STs diversity of Propionibacterium acnes from acne
patients were significantly reduced, and strains such as ST28 seems to be closely related to the occurrence of acne.
