摘要:

[摘要]近年来,随着自体脂肪移植技术的发展,越来越多的自体脂肪移植应用于整形和重建手术中。其主要优点在于脂肪组
织具有丰富的再生多潜能细胞,且来源丰富,手术操作简单,创伤小。因此,被认为是一种理想的填充物。然而不同的采
集、加工和再注入脂肪细胞的技术都影响着移植的存活率,本文就当前提高脂肪移植存活率的现有研究展开综述,以便于探
索新的方法来改善脂肪组织移植的临床效果。

Abstract:
Abstract: In recent years, with the development of autologous fat transplantation technology, more and more autologous
fat transplantation is used in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Its main advantages are that adipose tissue has abundant
regenerative pluripotent cells, abundant sources, simple operation and less trauma, so it is considered as an ideal filler. However,
different techniques of collecting, processing and reinjecting adipocytes affect the survival rate of transplantation. Therefore,
this article reviews the current research on improving the survival rate of fat transplantation in order to explore new methods to
improve the clinical effect of fat tissue transplantation.
