摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨自体脂肪移植法在女复男易性病患者阴囊成形术中的治疗效果和应用体会。方法：选择25例完成阴茎成形
术的易性病患者，对其行自体脂肪填充移植阴囊成形术，其中10例前期尿道延长术阶段采用小阴唇皮瓣法；10例采用阴道黏
膜瓣法；5例采用大阴唇皮瓣法。注射器法抽取自体颗粒脂肪，冲洗、纯化后注射移植于会阴部两侧皮下，每个部位每次移
植颗粒脂肪50～80ml，移植2～3次。结果：21例患者效果满意，成形阴囊形态逼真，位于再造阴茎腹侧根部下方；另4例患
者术后阴囊外形不佳。其中10例采用小阴唇皮瓣法尿道延长术和10例采用阴道黏膜瓣法尿道延长术的患者成形阴囊效果均满
意；4例效果不满意的患者尿道延长术均采用大阴唇皮瓣法。结论：自体脂肪移植法在女复男易性病患者阴囊成形术中可取
得满意效果，阴囊位置和外形较为逼真；但要取得理想效果，须在前期手术时提前规划，为阴囊成形创造条件。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and experience of the scrotal plasty with autologous fat grafting
in female-to-male transsexuals. Methods Scrotal plasty were performed in 25 transsexuals, using autologous fat grafting.
Extract autologous lipochondria with injection syringe and transplant to the subcutaneous tissue of perineum after washing and
purification. Every local part of every transplantation was 50-80ml, 2 to 3 times totally. Results The shape of the scrotums
in 21 patients were Satisfied, Vividly like a man, meanwhile the morphological changes of 4 patients were not obvious after
operation. Conclusion Autologous fat grafting achieved satisfactory results in Scrotal plasty in female-to-male transsexuals.
The position of scrotums and appearance is satisfactory. But it is needed to be planned ahead of early operation in order to
achieve the ideal effect, and creat conditions for the scrotal plasty.
