摘要:
[摘要]本文报道了1例无托槽隐形联合固定矫治成人骨性Ⅲ类错牙合的病例，前期固定矫治快速解除后牙锁牙合、纠正前牙反牙合，
后期采用无托槽隐形结合微种植体与尖牙牵引加强支抗远移下颌磨牙进一步解除前牙反牙合。矫治后效果良好，前牙覆牙合覆
盖正常，上下中线正，尖牙变为Ⅰ类关系。

Abstract:
Abstract: This article reports an adult Skeletal Class Ⅲ Malocclusion treated with Invisible Aligner combined Fixed Appliance.
Earlier stage, we corrected molar and anterior crossbite quickly by fixed appliance. Later period, removable clear appliance was
used to realize mandibular molar distalization, combining micro-implant anchorage, pulling with canines. We have got a good
result: Overbite and overjet were normal, upper and lower dental midline aligned, canine relationship became classⅠ.
