[摘要]目的：探讨分析半导体激光结合美白胶对四环素牙的美白效果。方法：采用配对比较法将笔者医院2015年10月-2016
年10月收治的80例四环素牙患者分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。观察组采用半导体激光结合美白胶美白，对照组接受美白
胶美白，治疗后随访1年，对两组美白效果、色阶及预后的影响效果进行比较分析。结果：观察组美白效果满意度92.5%、色
阶提升≤4个3%、5～8个62.5%、9～12个27.5%、≥13个5%、复发率2.5%，同期对照组美白效果满意度82.5%、色阶提升≤4个
35%、5～8个50%、9～12个15%、≥13个0%、复发率10%，两组比较各指标差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应
发生率7.5%，对照组不良反应发生率5.0%，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：相较于单独使用美白胶，半导体激光结
合美白胶对四环素牙的美白效果更佳，可临床推广使用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of semiconductor laser combined with whitening gel on tetracycline tooth whitening.
Methods Totally 80 cases of tetracycline tooth in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were divided into 40 cases
in control group receiving whitening glue whitening and 40 cases in observation group receiving semiconductor laser whitening
whitening.1 years of follow-up, the two groups of whitening effect, level and prognosis of the effects were compared. Results
In the observation group, the satisfaction rate of whitening effect was 92.5%, the color scale improvement was less than 4(3%),
5-8(62.5%), 9-12(27.5%), ≥ 13(5%), recurrence rate 2.5% Satisfaction of effect was 82.5%, grade improvement was less
than 4(35%), 5-8(50%), 9-12(15%), ≥13(0%), the recurrence rate was 10% (P ＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions
in the observation group was 7.5%, while the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 5%, with no significant
difference (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Tetracycline tooth whitening obtained by using semiconductor laser combined with
whitening gum is better than whitening gum alone, so it is worth to be popularized in future clinical work.
