摘要:
[摘要]目的：分析银离子抗菌敷料联合负压封闭引流技术（Vacuum sealing drainage, VSD）在深Ⅱ度烧伤创面修复的效果。
方法：选取笔者医院2016年1月-2018年1月深Ⅱ度烧伤患者150例，按照随机数字表将患者随机分为A、B、C三组；三组患者采用
不同方法对创面进行治疗：A组采用银离子抗菌敷料进行治疗，B组为采用磺胺嘧啶银软膏+VSD治疗，C组采用银离子抗菌敷料
+VSD治疗，观察并比较三组患者创面愈合时间、创面愈合率、换药次数、疼痛评分、住院时间、住院费用和并发症发生情况。
结果：C组创面愈合时间明显少于A组、B组，创面愈合率高于A组、B组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；B组与A组比较差异亦
有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。C组并发症发生率低于A组、B组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），B组与A组比较差异无统计学意义
（P＞0.05）。C组换药次数及住院时间明显低于A组、B组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；三组间住院费用比较，差异无统计
学意义（P ＞0.05）。治疗后C组、B组疼痛程度较A组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；B组和C组组间比较，差异无统
计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：VSD联合银离子抗菌敷料治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤患者创面能缩短创面平均愈合时间、提高创面愈合率、
减少换药次数、缩短住院时间、减少疼痛及并发症的发生，且不明显增加患者住院费用，值得在临床推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effects of silver ion antibacterial dressing combined with vacuum sealing drainage
(VSD) on deep second degree burn wounds. Methods 150 patients with deep second degree burns in our hospital from January
2016 to January 2018 were selected and divided randomly into A,B and C groups,each with 50 cases. Patients in group A were
treated with silver ion antibacterial dressing, group B were treated with silver sulfadiazine ointment and VSD,group C were
treated with silver ion antibacterial dressing and VSD,then wound healing time, wound healing rate, dressing changes, pain
scores, hospitalization time, hospitalization cost and complications were compared between three groups. Results The wound
healing time of group C was significantly shorter than that of group A and group B, and the wound healing rate was higher
than that of group A and group B, the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The difference between group B and
group A was also statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The incidence of complications in group C was lower than that in group A
and group B(P ＜0.05). There was no significant difference between group B and group A(P ＞0.05). The frequency of dressing
change and length of stay in group C were significantly lower than those in group A and group B(P ＜0.05). There was no
significant difference in hospitalization expenses between the three groups(P ＞0.05). After treatment, the pain level of group C
and group B was significantly lower than that of group A(P ＜0.05). There was no significant difference between group B and
group C(P ＞0.05). Conclusion Silver ion antibacterial dressing combined with vacuum sealing drainage for deep seconddegree
burn wounds can reduce dressing times, improve healing rate, shorten healing time and hospitalization time, reduce pain
scores and complication rates, and do not increase patients hospitalization costs.
