[摘要]目的：探讨自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨联合膨体材料在鼻整形术中的应用效果。方法：选择笔者医院2016年1月-2017年
7月收治的42例接受鼻部整形术的就医者为研究对象，以鼻小柱“飞鸟”形切口加鼻翼软骨缘切口，切开分离鼻背皮肤，显
露两侧鼻翼软骨及侧鼻软骨，沿着中线分离、取出深部鼻中隔软骨，雕刻塑形后移植于两鼻翼软骨间，使两侧鼻翼软骨联合
鼻中隔软骨形成新的鼻小柱。将取下的耳软骨雕刻成盾牌状，缝合固定于鼻小柱前端。将膨体雕刻成柳叶形，插入鼻背并固
定数针，间断缝合切口。结果：42例就医者术后效果良好，各比例符合美学要求，外观及触感自然，无严重并发症发生。随
访6～12个月，对鼻形态满意率高达93%。结论：应用自体鼻中隔软骨及耳软骨联合膨体材料行鼻整形术，术后外鼻形态改善
良好，满意度高，是较理想的手术方法。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of autologous nasal septal cartilage and auricular cartilage combined with ePTFE
in rhinoplasty. Methods Forty-two patients who had undergone rhinoplasty from January 2016 to July 2017 were selected.
The dorsal nasal skin was dissected through a flying bird-shaped incision and alar cartilage margin incision. The alar cartilage
and lateral nasal cartilage were exposed. The deep nasal septum cartilage was removed along the middle line of nose,which
sculpted and placed between the alar cartilage to form a new nasal columella by suturing. The auricular cartilage was carved
into a shield shape and sutured to the front end of the nasal columella. The ePTFE was carved as willow leaf shape and inserted
into the dorsum of the nose and sutured intermittently. Results Forty-two patients had good postoperative outcomes, which was
in line with the aesthetic standards, natural appearance and touch, with no serious complications. After 6-12 months of followup,
the satisfactory rate of nasal morphology was as high as 93%. Conclusion Autogenous nasal septal cartilage and auricular
cartilage combined with ePTFE for rhinoplasty is an ideal surgical method, with postoperative external nose shape improved
well and high satisfaction.
