摘要:

[摘要]目的:探讨3D打印技术辅助改良牙槽嵴裂术治疗牙槽嵴裂的临床效果。方法:将80例单侧完全性牙槽嵴裂患者分为两
组,研究组接受块状骨移植的改良牙槽嵴裂植骨术,对照组接受传统的“泥状”松质骨移植的牙槽嵴植骨术。比较两组患者的
术后疗效,术后1周、6个月均行CBCT检查,对比两组各测量时点梨状孔底对称性、原裂隙内成骨的牙槽嵴高度与厚度。结果:
研究组梨状孔下缘对称性、原裂隙区成骨的高度与厚度均优于对照组。研究组患者的术后疗效优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:
牙槽嵴裂的治疗过程中,3D打印技术辅助改良牙槽嵴裂术较传统术式临床效果取得了一定提高,应进一步临床推广应用。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of 3D printing technology in the treatment of alveolar ridge fissure. Methods
80 patients with unilateral complete alveolar ridge split into two groups, the team accept massive bone graft modified alveolar
ridge split graft technique, the control group accepted traditional "earthy" cancellous bone grafts of alveolar crest bone graft.
The postoperative efficacy of the two groups was compared. CBCT examinations were conducted 1 week and 6 months after
surgery, and the alveolar crest height and thickness of the alveolar crest in the original fissure were compared between the two
groups. Results The height and thickness of osteogenesis in the lower margin of pyriform hole were better than those in the
control group. The postoperative efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion
In the treatment of alveolar crest fissure, 3D printing technology is helpful to improve the clinical effect of alveolar crest fissure
compared with the traditional method.
