摘要:
[摘要]和谐有效的医患沟通，在现代皮肤美容热潮中有重要意义，对缓和医患关系、增强美容患者依从度、提升皮肤美容临
床疗效具有不可忽视的作用。皮肤美容专科性很强，美容实习医师除掌握必要的皮肤美容诊疗知识外，医患沟通能力和交流
技巧的培训必不可少。通过引入PBL教学法、导师负责制、有效沟通技巧教学，初步建立皮肤美容实习医师医患沟通教学体
系，可引导美容医师主动思考，积极参与医患沟通教学，全面提升皮肤美容教学质量。

Abstract:

Abstract: Harmonious and effective doctor-patient communication is essential to establish good doctor-patient relationship,
which can enhance the cosmetologic resultd and the compliance of cosmetology patients. Details of cosmetologic treatments are
truly abundant, and interns in the cosmetology need to learn both basic dermatologic theory and cinical communication skills.
With problem-based learning, tutorial system, and effective communication skills teaching, we establish at a preliminary level
a new system of doctor-patient communication skills teaching system for interns. The communication teaching system can help
interns to think and participate in the communication teaching positively, then improve the quality of the cosmetology teaching
comprehensively.
