[摘要]目的：运用生长治疗反应量分析（GTRV）法分析评估快速扩弓联合前方牵引对替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错牙合畸形的矫治效果。
方法：对新疆医科大学第一附属医院口腔正畸科收治的14例替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错牙合患者进行研究,对所有患儿均采用快速扩
弓联合前方牵引治疗，所有研究对象于治疗前(T1)及治疗后(T2)拍摄X线头颅侧位片。运用生长治疗反应量分析（GTRV）法
及头影测量分析法分析评估快速扩弓联合前方牵引对替牙期Ⅲ类错牙合畸形的矫治效果。结果：经过6个月的快速扩弓联合
前方牵引治疗后,14例患者GTRV指数均＞0.38，侧貌得到显著改善；治疗期间,上下颌骨发生顺时针旋转，比较ANB、Wit’s
值、N-ANS、SN-MP、SNA、U1-L1、FMA、SN-OP、AB-NPo、NA-APo、FCA治疗前后数值，差异有统计学意义，SNB、FH-NPo、
NB-Po、Y轴治疗前后结果比较，差异无统计学意义。结论：快速扩弓联合前方牵引治疗替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错牙合可有效刺激上
颌骨的生长，上下颌骨呈顺时针旋转，同时也会产生一定的牙性效应（上前牙唇倾，下前牙舌倾）。生长治疗反应量分析
（GTRV）法简便快捷，可用于骨性Ⅲ类错牙合患者的诊断及预后的初步判断。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective Using the Growth Treatment Response Vector analysis (GTRV) to assess the treatment effect of
protraction facemask combined with rapid palatal expansion in the mixed dentition of Class Ⅲ malocclusion with maxillary
deficiency. Methods Selecting 14 mixed dentition patients with Class Ⅲ malocclusion with maxillary deficiency from
Orthodontics Department of First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,all the patients had the treatment of
protraction facemask combined with rapid palatal expansion,and took the cephalometric radiographs before and after the
treatment.Using the Growth Treatment Response Vector analysis(GTRV) and cephalometric analysis to assess the treatment
effect of protraction facemask combined with rapid palatal expansion to the mixed dentition of Class Ⅲ malocclusion with
maxillary deficiency. Results After 6 months of protraction facemask combined with rapid palatal expansion treatment,the
GTRV index of 14 patients were all＞0.38,and their profile was significantly improved.During the treatment,the mandible was
rotated clockwise,and the ANB,Wit’s value,N-ANS,SN-MP,SNA,U1-L1,FMA,SN-OP,AB-Npo,NA-Apo,FCA were compared
before and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant,the differences of SNB,FH-Npo,NB-Po,Y axis were not
statistically significant. Conclusion Protraction facemask combined with rapid palatal expansion can effectively stimulate the
growth of upper jaw in the treatment of orthodontic Class Ⅲ malocclusion with maxillary deficiency in the mixed dentition.
The upper and lower jaw are rotated clockwise,and a certain dental effect can also be produced(the upper anterior is labially
inclined,the lower anterior is lingually inclined).GTRV is a simple but efficient method for the diagnosis and prognosis of
patients with Class Ⅲ malocclusion.
