[摘要]目的：探讨美容修复治疗急诊科小面积皮肤创伤的临床疗效。方法：选取2016年1月-2017年1月笔者医院接收的60
例小面积皮肤创伤患者进行研究。按照随机数表法，将其分成两组。对照组采用常规修复手法治疗，观察组采取美容修复
治疗。比较两组患者修复优良情况、治疗满意度、患者创面愈合时间及术后瘢痕发生情况等。结果：观察组修复优良率为
96.67%（29/30）显著高于对照组的80.00%（24/30），差异具有统计学意义（χ2=4.043，P =0.044）。观察组患者对治疗的
总满意率为96.67%（29/30）显著高于对照组的76.67%（23/30），差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.192，P =0.023）。观察组的创
面愈合时间为（5.33±1.43）d，对照组为（9.37±3.38）d，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.001）。观察组治疗后各项
生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.001）。观察组患者瘢痕发生率为0.00%显著低于对照组的16.67%
（5/30），差异具有统计学意义（χ2=5.455，P =0.020）。结论：采用美容修复治疗急诊科小面积皮肤创伤效果显著，满意
度高，恢复更快，并能够减少术后瘢痕产生，临床应用价值更高。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cosmetic repair in patients with small traumatic skin in the emergency
department. Methods Sixty patients with small skin trauma patients in the emergency department received from our hospital
from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected for research. According to the random number table method, they were
divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional repair techniques, and the observation group was
treated with cosmetic repair. The excellent condition, treatment satisfaction, wound healing time and scar formation after
operation were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of repair in the observation group
was 96.67% (29/30), which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80%, 24/30).The difference was statistically
significant(χ2=4.043iP =0.044). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67% (29/30), which was significantly
higher than that of the control group (76.67%, 23/30, χ2=5.192,P =0.023). The wound healing time in the observation group
was (5.33±1.43) d lower than that in the control group [(9.37±3.38)d, P ＜0.001]. The quality of life scores of the observation
group after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P ＜0.001). The incidence of scar formation in the observation
group was 0.00%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (16.67%, 5/30, χ2=5.455,P =0.020). Conclusion
The effect of cosmetic repair in the treatment of small area skin trauma in the emergency department is remarkable, the patient
satisfaction is high, the recovery is faster, and the bad situation can be reduced, the clinical application value is higher.
