摘要:
[摘要]目的：比较红蓝光治疗与5-氨基酮戊酸光动力（ALA-PDT）治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法：选择2015年1月-2017
年10月在笔者科室治疗的64例寻常性痤疮患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析，按照治疗方法不同分组。对照组：32例，使用
红蓝光治疗；观察组：32例，采用ALA-PDT治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组的疗效优于对照组，两组数据比较有
显著性差异，具有统计学意义（z =-2.600，P ＜0.05）；完成治疗后，两组患者的临床症状积分均降低，观察组患者降低
的幅度大于对照组，数据差异具有统计学意义（t =25.108，P ＜0.05），在治疗过程中，两组患者的各类不良反应发生比
较，均无统计学意义（χ2=0.217，0.350，0.736，0.571，0.350，P ＞0.05），两组患者的复发率比较，差异无统计学意义
（χ2=0.129，P ＞0.05）。结论：ALA-PDT治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效略优于红蓝光治疗，但是尚需要大样本量研究证实。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of acne vulgarisvulgaristreatment with red-blue light and aminolevulinic acid
photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT). Methods A retrospective analysis of 64 patients with acne vulgarisvulgariswho were
treated in the dermatology department of the Space Center Hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 was performed.
According to the treatment of patients, they were divided into control group and observation group. 32 patients in the control
group were treated with red and blue light. 32 patients in the observation group were treated with ALA-PDT,compare the effects
of treatment. Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the data
were statistically significant (z =-2.600, P ＜0.05). After completion of treatment, the clinical symptom scores of both groups
were reduced. The decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group, and the data were statistically
significant (t =25.108, P ＜0.05). During the course of treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the data
of various adverse events between the two groups (χ2=0.217, 0.350, 0.736, 0.571, 0.350, P ＞0.05). There was no significant
difference in recurrence data between the two groups (χ2=0.129, P ＞0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of ALA-PDT is
slightly better than that of red and blue light, but it still needs to be confirmed by large sample size study.
