摘要:
[摘要]目的：探讨并观察改良眼轮匝肌缩短术与单纯眼轮匝肌缩短术矫正老年性下睑内翻的临床疗效。方法：选取2015年6
月-2017年12月笔者医院收治的老年性下眼睑内翻患者126例，随机分为两组，对照组应用单纯眼轮匝肌缩短术治疗，研究组
应用改良后眼轮匝肌缩短术治疗。观察比较两组下眼睑内翻患者的短期临床疗效及远期临床疗效。结果：研究组短期、长期
临床疗效（98.4%，82.5%）均优于对照组（93.7%，65.1%），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：临床中对于老年性下
眼睑内翻患者进行治疗时，应用改良后的眼轮匝肌缩短术能够显著提高患者的疗效及预后，提高患者生活质量，值得临床应
用及推广。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To investigate and observe the clinical effect of modified orbicularis oculi muscle shortening and simple
orbicularis oculi muscle shortening in the treatment of senile entropion of lower eyelid. Methods A total of 126 patients with
senile inferior eyelid varus who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly
divided into two groups. The control group was treated with simple orbicularis oculi shortening, and the study group was treated
with improved orbicularis oculi shortening. To observe and compare the short-term clinical efficacy and long-term clinical
efficacy of patients with inverted lower eyelid. Results The short-term and long-term clinical efficacy (98.4%, 82.5%) of the
study group was better than that of the control group (93.7%, 65.1%), the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05).
Conclusion Modified orbicularis oculi muscle shortening can significantly improve the curative effect and prognosis, reduce
the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of patients with senile lower eyelid entropion.
