[摘要]目的：探讨音乐疗法对面部整形美容局麻手术患者生命体征的影响。方法：将80例整形美容局麻患者随机分为实验
组与对照组，每组40例，对照组给予常规护理，实验组在常规护理的基础上进行音乐疗法，观察两组患者就诊当天、术前
（进入手术室时）、术中（手术开始30min）、术后（手术结束30min）的生命体征变化及术后疼痛视觉模拟评分法（Visual
analogue scale，VAS）评分变化。结果：两组患者就诊当天及术前血压、心率比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；而术
中及术后实验组患者的血压、心率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。实验组的VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有
统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：舒缓的音乐可以有效缓解面部整形美容患者的紧张情绪，稳定生命体征，利于手术的顺利
进行，整体提高护理满意度。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of music therapy on the vital signs of patients who underwent plastic or cosmetic
facial surgery using local anesthesia. Methods 80 patients who underwent plastic or cosmetic facial surgery using local
anesthesia were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=40) and the control group (n =40). The patients in the control
group received regular care, while the patients in the experimental group received music therapy in addition to regular care.
The changes of vital signs and postoperative visual analog scale (VAS) of the two groups were observed at the day before
surgery, preoperatively (at the time before entering the operating room), intraoperatively (30 minutes after the beginning of the
operation) and postoperatively (30 minutes after the operation). Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure
and heart rate between the two groups on the day of consultation and before operation (P＞0.05), but the blood pressure and
heart rate of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group during and after operation (P＜0.05). The VAS
scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Soothing music could
effectively relieve the nervousness of the patients who undergo facial plastic or cosmetic surgery, stabilize vital signs, facilitate
the operation procedures and increase the overall satisfaction of nursing.
