[摘要]目的：探讨主观判断评分和图像测量分析法用于下睑皱纹评估应用价值的对比研究。方法：对57例受试自愿者用主
观判断评分和图像测量分析法对其下睑皱纹进行分析比较，探讨主观判断评分和图像测量分析法的参数与年龄之间的相关
性，把图像测量分析法得到的参数进行分类，进一步探讨各指标和年龄及主观判断评分的相关性。结果：3名评估人员的平
均Kappa评分也皆大于0.6分，Kappa评分与年龄有显著相关性(r =0.903，P＜0.05)；除SER、SESC之外的其他图像测量分析法
参数都与年龄及主观判断评分有显著相关性(P ＜0.05)；NRJ随年龄及主观评分的增大而减小(P ＜0.05)；其他参数随年龄及
主观评分的增大而增加(P ＜0.05)。单因素方差分析结果显示，5个等级NRJ、ENT、CONT、HOM和VAR参数比较，差异具有统计
学意义（F =-215.926、15.185、43.107、62.560、27.799,P ＜0.05)；NRJ、ENT和CONT参数随着主观判断评分等级升高而降
低，HOM和VAR参数随着主观判断评分等级升高而增加；单因素方差分析结果显示，5个等级SESM、SEW、R1、R2、R3和R4比较，
差异具有统计学意义（F =49.237、34.307、46.822、30.095、50.894、33.607,P ＜0.05)；粗糙程度及粗糙度参数均随着主
观判断评分等级升高而增加。结论：主观判断评分和图像测量分析法对下睑皱纹评估的效果都比较明显，这两种方法得到的
各指标之间均具有显著相关性。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the value of subjective judgment score and image measurement in the evaluation of lower eyelid
wrinkles. Methods The lower eyelid wrinkles of 57 volunteers were analyzed and compared by subjective judgment score and
image measurement analysis, and the correlation between the parameters of subjective judgment score and image measurement
analysis was discussed. The parameters obtained by image measurement analysis are classified, and the correlation between each
index, age and subjective judgment score is further discussed. Results The average Kappa score of the three evaluators was also
greater than 0.6. There was a significant correlation between the Kappa score and age(r =0.903,P ＜0.05). The parameters of
image measurement analysis except SER,SESC have significant correlation with age and subjective judgment score(P ＜0.05).
NRJ decreases with age and subjective score(P ＜0.05). Other parameters increase with age and subjective score(P ＜0.05). The
results of single factor variance analysis showed that the differences between the five grades of NRJ,ENT,CONT,HOM and VAR
parameters were statistically significant(F =-215.926,15.185,43.107,62.560,27.799,P ＜0.05). The parameters of NRJ,ENT and
CONT decreased with the increase of subjective judgment rating, and the parameters of VAR and HOM increased with the
increase of subjective judgment grade, and the results of single factor variance analysis showed that the differences between
the five grades of SESM,SEW,R1,R2,R3 and R4 were statistically significant(F =49.237,34.307,46.822,30.095,50.894,33.607,
P＜0.05). The roughness degree and roughness parameter increased with the increase of subjective judgment grade. Conclusion
The subjective judgment score and the image measurement method were effective in the evaluation of lower eyelid wrinkles, and
there was a significant correlation between the indexes obtained by the two methods.
