[摘要]目的：探讨非剥脱性Lux1 540nm点阵激光联合氢醌乳膏治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及复发率。方法：选取2016年5
月-2017年5月于笔者医院进行黄褐斑治疗的女性患者74例，采用随机分组法分为对照组(34例)和观察者(40例)。对照组使
用氢醌乳膏治疗，观察组采用非剥脱性点阵激光术联合氢醌乳膏治疗。对两组患者治疗结束4个月后进行疗效观察，随后随
访1年，访问并记录两组患者的复发情况。结果：治疗后观察组总有效率(100%)显著高于对照组(79.41%)，差异具有统计学
意义(P ＜0.05)。随访1年内，观察组复发率(7.5%)显著低于对照组(29.63%)，差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)。结论：非剥
脱性Lux1 540nm点阵激光联合氢醌乳膏治疗黄褐斑疗效显著，复发率低，患者依从性高。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect and recurrence rate of non-stripping lux1 540nm lattice laser combined
with hydroquinone cream in the treatment of chloasma. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, 74 patients with chloasma
were randomly divided into control group (34 cases) and observer group (40 cases). The control group was treated with
hydroquinone cream, the observation group was treated with non-stripping lattice laser and hydroquinone cream. Four months
after treatment, the two groups were followed up for 1 year, and the recurrence of the two groups was recorded. Results
The total effective rate of the observation group (100%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (79.41%) after
treatment (P ＜0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group (7.5%) was significantly lower than that in the control group
(29.63%), (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Non-stripping Lux1 540nm lattice laser combined with hydroquinone cream was effective in
the treatment of chloasma with low recurrence rate and high compliance.
