[摘要]目的：探究引入基于共情层面的心理护理干预技术对唇腭裂患儿美容效果及家属对面部美容满意度的影响。方法：将
笔者医院收治的148例唇腭裂患儿作为研究对象，按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组（n =76）和对照组（n =72）。两组患儿在
全麻气管插管麻醉下进行唇腭裂同期修复。对照组在围术期间行常规护理干预，观察组则在上述基础上引入基于共情层面的
心理护理干预。对比两组患儿的病情恢复情况、情感状况、面部美容效果以及家属对其面部美容的满意程度。结果：护理干
预后，观察组患儿的SAS、SDS评分及各项CBCL评分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组对面部美观
的满意度为89.47%，明显高于对照组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组患儿的并发症发生率为5.26%，明显
低于对照组的16.67%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：在唇腭裂患儿的临床护理期间引入基于共情层面的心理护理
干预，能够有效缓解其不良情绪，患儿的抑郁焦虑状况得到有效改善，同时还能够在一定程度上提高其语言表达能力以及对
面部美观的满意度，值得在临床上积极推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To research the influence on the effects of beauty and facial beauty satisfaction of family members of
psychological nursing intervention based on empathy aspect in children with cleft palate. Methods 148 cases of cleft palate
who treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into the observation group (76
cases) and the control group (72 cases) according to the order of admission. Two groups were given the simultaneous repair
of cleft lip and palate under the anesthesia of tracheal intubation under general anesthesia. The control group received routine
nursing intervention during perioperative period. On the basis of above, the observation group introduced psychological nursing
intervention based on empathy aspect. The recovery status, emotional status, facial cosmetic effect and satisfaction degree of
family members on facial cosmetic in two groups were compared. Results After nursing intervention, SAS, SDS scores and
CBCL scores of children in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences
were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 89.47%, which was significantly
higher than that of the control group (75.00%, P ＜0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.26%,
which was significantly lower than that in the control group (16.67%, P ＜0.05). Conclusion In clinical nursing of children
with cleft palate, the introduction of psychological nursing intervention based on empathy aspect can effectively relieve the
bad mood, and the children’s depression and anxiety status has been effectively improved. At the same time, it can improve
the language expression ability and the satisfaction of the beauty of the face to a certain extent, and it is worth popularizing in
clinical practice.
