摘要:

[摘要]支架作为组织工程三要素之一,它主要是作为细胞临时附着点,其降解速度应与组织再生速度相匹配,待组织重建后
支架可降解排泄,不对人体造成任何损害。目前研究的组织工程支架主要有天然可降解高分子材料、人工合成的可降解高分
子材料、无机材料等,脂肪组织脱细胞基质支架作为近年来的研究热门,因其来源丰富、取材方便,受到研究者们的青睐,
本文就影响脂肪组织细胞外基质支架的相关因素综述如下。

Abstract:
Abstract: As one of the three elements of tissue engineering, scaffold is mainly used as a temporary attachment point of cells.
Its degradation rate should match the rate of tissue regeneration. After the tissue is reconstructed, the scaffold can be degraded
and excreted without causing any damage to the human body. Currently, the tissue engineering scaffolds studied mainly include
natural degradable polymer materials, synthetic degradable polymer materials, inorganic materials, etc. In recent years. adipose
tissue decellularized matrix scaffolds have been studied popularly due to the advantages of its sources and convenience in
materials. This article will review the correlative factors affecting the extracellular matrix scaffold of adipose tissue.
