[摘要]目的：探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植在年轻就医者面部轮廓重塑中的应用效果。方法：选取在笔者医院接受自体脂肪颗粒填
充行面部轮廓重塑的年轻就医者21例，评估术后长期随访的美学效果和并发症发生情况。结果：在所有就医者中，15例就医
者接受了1次脂肪填充手术就达到了满意效果，6例接受了2次手术填充。4例注射位置出现瘀血，7～13d消退；2例出现单侧
眼充血，10～17d消退；未出现硬结、条索、感染和栓塞等并发症。所有就医者注射后1年随访，取得了面部轮廓重塑效果良
好，就医者满意。结论：对于年轻就医者的面部轮廓的重塑，应用自体脂肪颗粒移植可取得良好的临床效果。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the clinic efficacy of autologous fat granule transplantation in facial contour remodeling for
young people. Methods We selected 21 young patients in our hospital with autologous fat granule transplantation in facial
contour remodeling. We evaluated the aesthetic effects and complications of long-term postoperation follow-up after surgery.
Results 15 patiens supplied 1 time surgery achieved satisfactory results, the other 6 patients received 2 times the filling
operations. Local ecchymosis occurred in 4 cases, and resolved from 7 to 13d. Single eye hyperaemia occurred in 2 cases, and
resolved from 10 to 17d. No any complication appeared, such as scleroma, linellae, infection and vascular embolism and so on.
One year later, the fllow-up results of facial contour remodeling effect achieved,and the patients felt satisfactory. Conclusion
For young people facial contour, the treatment of autologous particle fat transplantation is a effective clinic method.
