[摘要]目的：探讨舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚对脂肪抽吸术患者的麻醉效果及苏醒期状况的影响。方法：选择2017年4月-2018年4
月笔者医院收治的56例行脂肪抽吸术患者进行研究，并利用随机数字表法随机分为研究组和对照组，每组28例。其中研究组
在行脂肪抽吸术时采用舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚持续泵入维持麻醉，对照组采用丙泊酚持续泵入维持麻醉。比较分析两组患者术
中血流动力学指标，麻醉前后的镇静、疼痛程度及术后苏醒时间、拔管时间和警觉/镇静（OAA/S）评分。结果：研究组术中
收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、平均动脉压（MAP）、心率（HR）明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；而
两组间脉搏血氧饱和度（SpO2）比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。两组麻醉前Ramsay评分和VAS评分差异无统计学意
义（P ＞0.05）；麻醉后，两组的Ramsay评分和VAS评分均上升，且研究组Ramsay评分明显高于对照组，VAS评分低于对照
组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。研究组术后苏醒时间、拔管时间和OAA/S评分明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。结论：应用舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚对脂肪抽吸术患者进行麻醉，可提高患者术中血流动力学稳定性，并降低其
麻醉后的疼痛程度，苏醒快，质量高，值得在临床中推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of sufentanil combined with propofol on anesthesia and recovery period in patients
undergoing liposuction. Methods The 56 patients who received liposuction from April 2017 to April 2018 were studied and
divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method, 28 cases in each group. The patients in
the study group were treated with sufentanil and propofol under continuous pump to maintain anesthesia, while The control
group was anesthetized by continuous infusion of propofol. Hemodynamic parameters, sedation and pain before and after
anesthesia, recovery time, extubation time and OAA/S score were compared and analyzed. Results The intraoperative systolic
blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) in the study group
were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P ＜0.05). There was no
significant difference in SpO2 between the two groups(P ＞0.05). There was no significant difference in Ramsay score and
VAS score between the two groups before anesthesia(P ＞0.05). After anesthesia, Ramsay score and VAS score in both groups
increased, and Ramsay score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and VAS score was
lower than that in the control group(P ＜0.05). The recovery time, extubation time and OAA/S score of the study group were
significantly better than those of the control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The use of sufentanil and propofol to anesthetized
patients with liposuction can improve the stability of hemodynamics and reduce the degree of pain after anesthesia. It is fast and
high in quality. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
