[摘要]目的：探讨595nm PDL/1 064nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的疗效及并发症，评估其安全性及治疗效果。方法：回
顾性分析2014年1月-2016年12月笔者科室收治的接受激光治疗的828例婴幼儿血管瘤患者病例资料，统计其疗效及并发症发
生情况。结果：828例婴幼儿血管瘤（年龄≤6个月）接受激光治疗，单项并发症发生情况：水疱103例（12.44%）、色素脱
失54例（6.52%）、色素沉着12例（1.45%）、浅表瘢痕27例（3.26%）、溃疡24例（2.90%），复发7例（0.85%），有43例
（5.19%）因效果不佳改用其他治疗方案，总有效率82.49%、优良率76.21%。结论：595nm PDL/1 064nm Nd∶YAG激光治疗婴
幼儿浅表性血管瘤安全性较高，副作用小。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analysis of complication of laser treatment for infantile hemangioma, therapeutic safety
and significance. Methods Laser was applied to 828 cases with infantile hemangiomas (IH) in Quanzhou Children
Hospital,Department of Plastic Surgery from January 2014 to December 2016. Results 828 cases（≤ 6 months）
of IH conforms to the standard,the total effective rate was 82.49% (683 cases), in the meantime the excellent and
good rate was 76.21% (520 cases).The single side effect included blisters (103 cases,12.44%),hypopigmentation (54
cases,6.52%),hyperpigmentation (12 cases,1.45%),superficial scar (27 cases,3.26%).ulceration (24 cases,2.9%),relapse
(7cases,0.85%).At the same time,because of the treatment effect were not ideal,43 cases were switched to other therapies.
Conclusion The 595nm pulsed dye laser and 1 064nm Nd:YAG lager is an effective treatment for superficial hemangioma of
infants with high security and few side reactions.
