[摘要]目的：探讨采用点阵铒激光联合自体富血小板血浆（PRP）治疗面部痤疮及痤疮瘢痕的临床疗效。方法：选取2016
年3月-2018年3月在笔者学院医学美容门诊和合作医院接受治疗的67例面部痤疮及痤疮瘢痕患者为研究对象，按照随机数
字表法分为对照组33例（使用3D点阵铒激光治疗）和联合组34例（在对照组基础上联合使用PRP治疗）。观察记录两组的
手术资料、治疗效果及术后发生的不良反应情况。结果：联合组患者的炎性渗出消退时间为（2.45±1.33）d、水肿、红
斑消退时间为（2.44±0.73）d、愈合时间为（2.47±1.58）d，显著低于对照组[（3.42±1.54）d、（3.62±1.08）d、
（5.37±2.25）d，P＜0.01]；联合组有效率为94.12%,显著高于对照组的75.76%（P＜0.05）；联合组共5例出现不良反应，
显著少于对照组的12例（P ＜0.05）。结论：PRP联合点阵铒激光能够明显提高面部痤疮及痤疮瘢痕的治疗效果，加快创面愈
合速度，且其不良反应少，具有临床应用价值。

Abstract:

Abstract:Objective Patients with facial acne and acne scar were treated with dot array laser and autologous platelet-rich
plasma prednisone (PRP). The clinical effect of combined therapy was observed and analyzed. Methods From August 2015
to December 2017, 67 patients with facial acne and acne scar were selected as the main subjects. According to the random
digital table method, 33 cases of control group were divided into three groups.34 patients in the combined group were treated
with PRP on the basis of the control group. The operation data, therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were observed and
recorded in the two groups. Results The time of inflammatory exudation in the combined group was (2.45±1.33) d, edema,
the fading time of erythema was (2.44±0.73)d and the healing time was (2.47±1.58) d, which was significantly lower than that
of the control group [(3.42±1.54)d, (3.62±1.08) d, (5.37±2.25) d, P ＜0.01].The effective rate of the combined group (94.12%)
was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.76%, P ＜0.05), The adverse reactions in the combined group
（5 cases）were significantly lower than those in the control group 12 cases(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The PRP+bait laser can
significantly improve the therapeutic effect of acne and acne scars, accelerate the healing speed of the wound, and have fewer
complications,which is of clinical value.
