摘要:

[摘要]目的：探讨盐酸西替利嗪片联合温经燥湿汤对急性湿疹患者美肤效果及炎性因子影响。方法：选取2015年1月-2017年
1月盘锦辽油宝石花医院收治的急性湿疹患者96例，依据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组，每组各48例，对照组给予口服
盐酸西替利嗪片，观察组在对照组基础上加服温经燥湿汤，疗程4周。测定两组治疗前后湿疹面积及严重度指数（EASI）、
皮肤敏感、瘙痒程度评分及血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）水平，比较两组治疗美观优良率及不良反应
发生率。结果：两组患者治疗前EASI、皮肤敏感评分等指标相比，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；两组患者治疗后EASI、
皮肤敏感、瘙痒程度评分及IL-4水平较治疗前均显著降低，IL-2显著升高，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组EASI评
分、皮肤敏感、瘙痒程度评分、IL-2及IL-4改善情况均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗美观
优良率为87.50%，显著高于对照组的56.25%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为6.25%，显著低于对
照组的12.50%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：温经燥湿汤联合盐酸西替利嗪片对急性湿疹患者具有较好的美肤效
果，可显著降低湿疹严重度和皮损面积，缓解瘙痒，改善血清IL-2、IL-4表达水平，且不良反应少，值得临床大力推广。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of cetirizine hydrochloride tablets combined with Wenjing Zaoshi Soup on skinbeautifying
effect and inflammatory factors in patients with acute eczema. Methods 96 patients with acute eczema admitted
to the Panjin Liaoyou Gemstone Flower Hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected. According to different
treatment methods, 48 patients in the observation group and the control group were given. The control group was given oral
cetirizine hydrochloride tablets. The group was given Wenjing Zaoshi Soup on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks. The eczema
area and severity index (EASI), skin sensitivity, itching degree score, serum interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) levels were
measured before and after treatment.Comparison of the rate of beauty, excellence and adverse reactions between the two groups.
Results There were no significant differences in the pre-treatment EASI and skin sensitivity scores between the two groups
(P ＞0.05). The EASI, skin sensitivity and pruritus scores, and IL-4 levels were significantly lower in the two groups after
treatment. IL-2 was significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). Compared with the two groups,
the EASI score, skin sensitivity, itching degree score and IL-2, IL-4 improvement in the observation group were significantly
better than the control group(P ＜0.05); the observation group was 87.50%, which was significantly higher than the control
group (62.5%, P ＜0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the observation group was 6.25%. Significantly
lower than the control group 12.50%, the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05). Conclusion Wenjing Zaoshi Soup
combined with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets has a good skin-beautifying effect on patients with acute eczema, which can
significantly reduce the severity of eczema and skin lesions, relieve itching, and improve the expression levels of serum IL-2
and IL-4. And there are few adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
