[摘要]目的:分析硬皮病、瘢痕疙瘩与硬化萎缩性苔藓患者LIGHT及其受体LTβR、HVEM病理生理学意义的差异性。方法:选
取2015年4月-2018年4月在笔者医院接受治疗并确诊为瘢痕疙瘩、硬化萎缩性苔藓和硬皮病的患者标本共60例,其中瘢痕
疙瘩19例,硬皮病21例,硬化萎缩性苔藓20例,选取同期在笔者医院行整形手术的正常皮肤标本20例,免疫组化检测硬化
萎缩性苔藓、瘢痕疙瘩、硬皮病及正常皮肤组织内LIGHT及其受体HVEM、LTβR表达状况。结果:正常皮肤组织真皮中能够
看到微量表达的HVEM、LTβR,LIGHT在病变中是阴性;硬化萎缩性苔藓、瘢痕疙瘩及硬皮病患者真皮内均可看到LIGHT与
其受体HVEM、LTβR蛋白表达,其主要表达于炎性细胞、成纤维细胞与血管内皮细胞包膜上,细胞膜为棕黄色或黄色;硬
化萎缩性苔藓组、瘢痕疙瘩组及硬皮病组患者皮肤组织内HVEM、LTβR和LIGHT光密度值均高于正常组,差异有统计学意义
(P <0.05)。结论:硬化萎缩性苔藓、瘢痕疙瘩及硬皮病起病与进展中可能有LIGHT及其受体HVEM、LTβR参与,但具体路
径和参与形式仍需进一步探究。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the difference of pathophysiological significance between LIGHT and its receptor LTβR
and HVEM in patients with scleroderma, keloid and sclerosing atrophic moss. Methods A total of 60 patients with keloids,
sclerosing atrophic moss and scleroderma were enrolled in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2018, including 19 patients
with keloid specimens and scleroderma specimens. Twenty-one patients with sclerosing atrophic moss specimens were enrolled
in the study. Twenty patients with normal skin specimens underwent plastic surgery in the same period. Immunohistochemistry
was used to detect LIGHT and its receptors in cirrhotic atrophic moss, keloid, scleroderma and normal skin tissues. HVEM,
LTβR expression status. Results HVEM and LTβR, LIGHT were negative in normal skin tissue dermis, and LIGHT and its
receptor HVEM and LTβR protein expression were observed in dermis of patients with sclerosing atrophic moss, keloid and
scleroderma. It is mainly expressed on the envelope of inflammatory cells, fibroblasts and vascular endothelial cells, and the cell
membrane is brownish yellow or yellow; HVEM, LTβR and LIGHT optical density in the skin tissue of patients with sclerotic
atrophic moss, keloid group and scleroderma group The values were higher than the normal group(P <0.05). Conclusion
LIGHT and its receptors HVEM and LTβR may be involved in the onset and progression of cirrhotic atrophic moss, keloid and
scleroderma, but the specific path and form of participation still need to be further explored.
