[摘要]目的：评价眼周年轻化术后A型肉毒毒素联合透明质酸注射对眼周皱纹的改善作用。方法：按照随机数字法将2017年1
月-2018年1月于笔者医院拟行眼周年轻化手术的70例患者分为对照组及观察组，每组35例。对照组行常规整形手术治疗，观
察组在常规整形术后眼周注射A型肉毒毒素联合透明质酸。比较两组皱纹改善总有效率、康复时间及不良反应情况。结果：
观察组总有效率为94.29%高于对照组的65.71%，差异具有统计学意义(χ2=12.447，P =0.000)。观察组与对照组的康复时间
分别为(13.75±2.63)d、(16.97±3.14)d，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(t =2.593，P =0.024)。观察组不良反应发生率为
8.57%低于对照组的22.86%，差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.257，P =0.011)。结论：眼周年轻化术后A型肉毒毒素联合透明质酸
注射对眼周皱纹具有显著改善作用，且能明显降低不良反应，可有效促进患者康复。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the improved effects of botulinum toxin type A combined with hyaluronic acid injection on
periocular wrinkle after periocular rejuvenation surgery. Methods 70 patients were planned to carry out periocular rejuvenation
surgery which was divided into control group and observation group according to random number table in our hospital from
January 2017 to January 2018, 35 cases in each group. The patients were carried out conventional operation in control group
and the patinets were given periocular injection of botulinum toxin type A combined with hyaluronic acid after surgery
in observation group. The total effective rate of wrinkle improvement, recovery time and adverse reaction was compared
between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29% higher than that of the control
group, the difference was statistically significant(65.71%, χ2=12.447, P =0.000). Rehabilitation time of the observation group
and the control group were (13.75±2.63)d and (16.97±3.14)d, respectively, there was a significant difference between the two
groups(t =2.593,P =0.024). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.57%, which was lower than that
in the control group (22.86%, χ2=8.257, P =0.011). Conclusion Postoperative injection of botulinum toxin type A combined
with hyaluronic acid could significantly improve the periocular wrinkle. It could obviously decrease the adverse reaction and
effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients.
