[摘要]目的：探讨Ceramage聚合瓷在前牙冠折美容修复中的疗效及对牙体抗力的影响。方法：选取2016年3月-2017年3月在
笔者医院收集的前牙冠折美容修复的120例患者为研究对象，根据修复方式的不同将其随机分成两组，每组60例。对照组使
用瓷嵌体进行修复，研究组采用Ceramage聚合瓷进行修复。比较两组患牙的边缘合适性、颜色以及修复体的完整性、修复
成功率、牙龈参数（GI）和菌斑参数（PLI）以及不良反应。结果：修复1年后，研究组患者的修复体在边缘合适性、颜色
以及修复体的完整性等方面均显著高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；研究组修复成功率明显高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；修复前两组
PLI、GI评分均无明显差别（P ＞0.05），修复后研究组显著低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照
组（P ＜0.05）。结论：在前牙冠折美容修复中，Ceramage聚合瓷作为一种高效且安全的新型牙体缺损修复体，不仅具有较
好的临床疗效，而且牙体抗力持久稳固，临床可进一步推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of ceramic age on the restoration of the anterior crown and the effect on the tooth
resistance. Methods 120 patients with anterior crown fracture were selected from March 2016 to March 2017. They were
randomly divided into two groups according to different restoration methods. 60 patients in each group were treated with
ceramic inlays in the control group and all the patients in the study group were treated with ceramage. The marginal suitability,
color, integrity, success rate, gingival parameters (GI), plaque parameters (PLI) and adverse reactions were compared between
the two groups. Results After one year of repair, the prosthesis of the study group patients was significantly higher than the
control group in terms of edge suitability, color and integrity of the prosthesis (P ＜0.05).The repair success rate of the study
group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05).There was no significant difference in PLI and GI scores
between the two groups before repair (P ＞0.05), and the study group was significantly lower than the control group after repair
(P ＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜0.05).
Conclusion Ceramic age, as a new effective and safe dental prosthesis, has a good clinical effect, and the tooth resistance is
durable and stable, laying a good foundation for future restoration. Therefore, it should be further popularized and applied in
clinical practice.
