[摘要]目的:探究垂直骨面型与安氏Ⅱ1类错牙合畸形颌面骨骼及牙弓宽度的相关性。方法:选择2012年9月-2017年1月笔
者医院收治的80例安氏Ⅱ1类错牙合畸形患者为研究对象,根据垂直骨面型分为高角组(n =26)、均角组(n =28)和低角组
(n =26)。观察三组上下磨牙倾斜角度和牙弓宽度。结果:就不同垂直面型患者的磨牙倾斜度进行比较,三组在下磨牙指标
L6-SN、L6-PP、L6-MP,上磨牙指标U6-L6方面比较,具有显著性差异(F =32.141、52.485、20.083、57.685,P <0.05)。
就不同垂直面型与牙弓宽度进行比较,三组在WU6、6╂6bone方面比较,具有显著性差异(F =12.395、5.027,P <0.05)。
就垂直面型的颌面骨骼和牙弓宽度显著差异因子进行相关性分析,WU6、6╂6bone与垂直面型呈现负相关,相关系数r分别
为-0.284、-0.328;而L6-SN、L6-PP、L6-MP、U6-L6呈现正相关,相关系数r分别为0.654、0.751、0.446、0.769。结论:
在不同安氏Ⅱ1类错牙合畸形垂直骨面型患者中,上颌牙弓前中段宽度随着下颌平面角的增大而减小;因此,在临床正畸过程
中,需要考虑垂直骨面型。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the correlation analysis between vertical bone profile and type II1 dislocation of maxillofacial
bone and dental arch width. Methods From September 2012 to January 2017, 80 patients with type II1 dislocation in our
hospital were divided into high angle group (n =26), equal angle group (n =28) and low angle group (n =26) according to the
vertical facial type. Observe the inclination angle and arch width of upper and lower molars in three groups. Results There
were significant differences in L6-SN, L6-PP, L6-MP and U6-L6 between the three groups (F =32.141, 52.485, 0.083, 57.685,
P <0.05). There were significant differences among the three groups in Wu6 and 6╂6bone (F = 12.395, 5.027, P <0.05). Wu 6
and 6╂6bones were negatively correlated with vertical surface type (r =-0.284, r =-0.328). L6-SN, L6-PP, L6-MP and U6-L6
were positively correlated with the vertical surface type (r =0.654, r=0.751, r =0.446 and r =0.769, respectively). Conclusion In
the patients with different type II1 heterotopic vertical bone type, the interrupted width before the maxillary arch decreases with
the increase of the mandibular plane Angle.Therefore,in clinical orthodontic process,vertical bone surface should be considered.
