[摘要]目的:探讨计算机3D打印模型辅助下的下颌骨骨折手术效果。方法:选取笔者医院2016年1月-2017年1月接诊的22例
需要实行下颌骨骨折手术的患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为两组,观察组(n =12)和对照组(n =10)。观察组在计算机3D
打印模型辅助下进行下颌骨骨折手术,对照组采用传统方法进行下颌骨骨折手术,对比两种手术方法的康复效果、患者满意
度等情况。结果:观察组手术时间(23.2±4.7)min、总出血量(415.6±60.5)ml,与对照组相比,手术时间短于对照组
(55.3±5.8)min,总出血量少于对照组(576.2±33.9)ml,两组比较有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组面容及咬合关系
恢复优的为100%,对照组面容及咬合关系恢复优的为50%、良为50%,观察组面容及咬合关系恢复明显优于对照组,两组比较
有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者满意度为100%,对照组患者满意度为70%,观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组,两组
比较有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:计算机3D打印模型辅助下进行下颌骨骨折手术,可进行术前预测,精确度更高,有
利于缩短手术时间,减少出血量,提高修复效果和患者满意度,临床价值较高,值得临床推广使用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of 3D printing model under computer on the rehabilitation effect and patient
satisfaction of mandibular fracture surgery. Methods 22 patients with mandibular fracture treated in our hospital from
January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n =12) and control group (n =10).
The observation group was assisted by computer-assisted 3D printing model, while the control group was assisted by
traditional hand. Surgical methods were performed, and the rehabilitation effect and patient satisfaction of the two methods
were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time of the observation group was
shorter(55.3±5.8) minutes and the total bleeding volume was less than that of the control group (576.2±33.9) ml, with
statistical significance (P <0.05).The recovery of facial and occlusal relationship in the observation group was 100%, and that
in the control group was 50% and 50%, respectively. The recovery of facial and occlusal relationship in the observation group
was significantly better than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the
observation group was 100%, and that of patients in the control group was 70%. The satisfaction of patients in the observation
group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Computerassisted
3D printing model for mandibular fracture surgery can be used for preoperative prediction with higher accuracy. It is
helpful to shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding, improve the repair effect and patient satisfaction. It has
high clinical value and is worth popularizing.
