摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨早期护理干预与功能锻炼对手烧伤患者手部功能的影响。方法：选取2017年5月—2018年5月进行手部烧伤
整形患者70例为研究对象。每组35例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上实行护患参与型的早期护理干预，
比较两组患者的康复信心及手部功能的康复情况。结果：观察组术后1个月的康复信心优于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，
差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组术后3个月的手关节活动度TAM、Carroll氏上肢功能均好于对照组，差异有统计学意
义（P ＜0.05）。结论：护患参与护理干预提高了手部烧伤整形术后患者的康复信心，最大限度地促进患者手部功能的恢复。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of early nursing inervention and functional ecercise on hand function of the patients
with hand burn and plastic surgery. Methods 70 cases of patients with hand burns who underwent extremity plastic surgery
were selected as the study subjects. 35 cases were selected as the control group, and they were given routine nursing. 35 cases
were selected as the observation group, and they were given nurse-patient participation nursing. The rehabilitation confidence
and hand function of the two groups were compared. Results One month after operation, the rehabilitation confidence of
observation group was better than that of control group, and the satisfaction degree of nursing was higher than that of control
group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). In the observation group, TAM and Carroll’s upper limb function
were better than those in the control group at 3 months after operation (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Nurses and patients participate
in nursing intervention to improve the rehabilitation confidence of patients with hand burns after plastic surgery, and maximize
the recovery of hand function.
