[摘要]目的：探讨医用愈肤生物膜（蓝科肤宁）对面部激素依赖性皮炎（FCAD）患者皮肤功能及DLQI的影响。方法：选取笔
者医院2014年5月-2017年12月收治的FCAD患者86例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各43例。对照组采用他
克莫司软膏治疗，观察组采用蓝科肤宁治疗，两组疗程均为4周。比较两组治疗效果，分析治疗前后角质层含水量变化，利
用皮肤病生活质量指数（DLQI）量表分析FCAD对患者日常生活的影响，并观察不良反应发生率。结果：观察组总有效率为
95.35%，高于对照组的81.39%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后角质层含水量高于对照组，差异有统计
学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后患者的症状感受、娱乐活动、个人活动评分及总分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意
义（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者未出现不良反应，对照组有1例发生不良反应，两组间比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结
论：蓝科肤宁能改善FCAD患者的皮肤功能，减轻疾病对患者日常生活造成的不良影响，临床推广价值较高。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of Lankefuning on skin function and DLQI in patients with facial hormone
dependent dermatitis (FCAD). Methods 86 cases of FCAD patients admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to December
2017.According to the random number table method, 43 cases were divided into control group and observation group.The
control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment, and the observation group was treated with lancoprinine.Both groups
had four weeks of treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared, and the changes of water content in
the stratum corneum before and after treatment were analyzed.The influence of FCAD on daily life was analyzed by the
dermatological quality of life index scale, and the incidence of adverse reactions was observed. Results The total effective
rate of the observation group was 95.35%, higher than the control group’s 81.39%.The difference was statistically significant
(P ＜0.05).After treatment, the water content in the stratum corneum of the observation group were higher than that of the
control group,The difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).After treatment, the score of symptom feeling, recreational
activity, personal activity and total score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group.The difference
was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the observation group, and 1 case in the control group.
The comparison between the two groups was not statistically significant (P ＞0.05). Conclusion Lankefuning can improve the
skin function of patients with FCAD and alleviate the adverse effects of the disease on their daily life.It is worthy of clinical
promotion.
