体表血管脂肪瘤一例并文献复习<br />-《中国美容医学》

摘要:: [摘要]目的：血管脂肪瘤，在临床上其症状及体征多不典型，常易误诊为脂肪瘤、纤维瘤、血管瘤等，而它们的手术原则、
治疗方式又不尽相同。本文报道笔者医院收治的1例右腹部体表血管脂肪瘤病例，通过其临床资料结合文献予以分析，探讨
体表血管脂肪瘤的影像学诊断及临床治疗。该病例MRI平扫显示梭形异常信号影，T1WI呈等信号，T2WI呈稍高信号，抑脂序
列病灶亦呈高信号，手术切除肿瘤，术后病理诊断为血管脂肪瘤，随访3个月，患者症状明显改善。因此，应加强对血管脂
肪瘤的认识，获得血管脂肪瘤的最佳的诊断与治疗，诊断主要以磁共振为依据，治疗应以外科手术为主。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective Superficial angiolipomas, no typical clinical symptoms and signs, is difficult to be discover, it can lead to
local compressive symptoms, hence clinically underdiagnosed as lipoma, fibroma, hemangioma, etc. A case of angiolipoma on
the surface of right abdomen was reported, which the clinical data of a superficial angiolipomas patient in our hospital combined
with literature,to investigate an effective diagnosis and treatment of superficial angiolipomas.Spindle abnormal signals on
Thoracic MRI scan,signals on T1WI,slightly hyper intense signals on T2WI,signals increased on STIR. By postoperative
pathological diagnosis of angiomyolipoma, the patient with operation excision superficial tumor, has improved obviously after 3
months of follow-up. As well as strengthen the awareness of it, to obtain the better diagnostic and surgical method.Mainly based
on MRI,liposuction is the main treatment method for the diagnosis of the disease..
