[摘要]目的：探讨引导组织再生联合植骨修复治疗牙周骨内缺损的临床效果。方法：选取2017年1月-2018年1月在笔者医院治
疗的牙周骨内缺损患者92例，采用随机数字表法，将患者随机分为观察组（n=47）和对照组（n=45），观察组给予引导组织再
生联合植骨修复治疗，对照组给予引导组织再生治疗，观察两组治疗效果。结果：观察组术后6个月牙周探诊深度（probing
depth ,PD）和临床附着丧失（clinical attachment loss，CAL）分别为（4.87±1.32）mm和（5.02±1.21）mm，明显低于
对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组和对照组术后6个月牙龈退缩量（gingival recession，GR）比较，差异无统计学意义
（P ＞0.05）；观察组美学修复效果满意度明显好于对照组（P ＜0.05），满意率为91.49%；观察组术后6个月牙龈美容形
态评分为（6.89±0.71）分，明显高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：引导组织再生联合植骨修复治疗牙周骨内缺损有较好的
效果，可临床推广应用。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of guided tissue regeneration combined with bone graft in the treatment
of periodontal defects. Methods 92 cases of intraosseous defects were selected from January 2017 to January 2018 in our
hospital, the patients were randomly divided into the observation group (n =47) and the control group (n =45) by random digital
table method, the observation group was treated with guided tissue regeneration combined with bone graft repair, while the
control group was treated with guided tissue regeneration, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results
The probing depth (PD),and clinical attachment loss (CAL) in the observation group at 6 months after the operation were
(4.87±1.32)mm and (5.02±1.21)mm, which were significantly lower than those of the control group (P ＜0.05). There were
no significant difference in gingival recession e (GR) between the observation group and the control group at 6 months after
operation (P ＞0.05). The satisfaction degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P ＜0.05), and
the satisfaction rate was 91.49%. The gingival cosmetic morphology score of the observation group after 6 months of operation
was (6.89±0.71)scores,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Guided tissue
regeneration combined with bone grafting is effective in treating periodontal defects, is worthy of clinical application.
