摘要:
[摘要]随着整形外科新技术、新方法的发展，整形外科医师不再只是满足于修复创面和改善畸形，而是按照损伤组织的类
型，在最大限度恢复其完整性和生理功能的基础上，尽可能无或少瘢痕增生与色素沉着，使修复部位在外形上达到或基本符
合美学要求，即美容修复。穿支皮瓣的发展极大促进了美容修复理念和应用，其不同的应用形式具有诸多优势，如皮瓣一期
修薄，消除“猫耳”畸形，供区直接闭合，修复不规则创面等。以穿支皮瓣修复另一皮瓣供区也成为新的趋势。本文就穿支
皮瓣与美容修复的发展与相互结合进行了综述。

Abstract:
Abstract: With the development of new technology and method of plastic surgery, plastic surgeon is no longer just meet
wound repair and deformity improvement, but according to the type of tissue damage, on the basis of integrity restoration and
physiological functions, as far as possible without or less scar and pigmentation, to make the repair parts meet the requirements
of aesthetics. This is what we called cosmetic repair. Development of has greatly promoted the cosmetic repair concept and
application. Different application forms of perforator flaps have many advantages, such as one stage thinning, “cat ear”
deformities elimination, donor site directly closed, irregular wounds repair, etc. It has become a new trend to use a perforator
flap repair another flap donor site. In this paper, the development and combination of perforator flap and cosmetic repair are
reviewed.
