摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨应用鼻背“风筝”皮瓣修复鼻尖缺损的效果。方法：2016年10月-2018年10月收集鼻尖部缺损病例10例，
男7例，女3例，年龄3～54岁，均采用鼻背“风筝”皮瓣修复鼻尖部缺损。结果：术后随访3个月，所有患者均愈合良好, 无
并发症发生，皮瓣颜色、质地与周围皮肤一致，瘢痕不明显，鼻部外形较满意。结论：应用鼻背“风筝”皮瓣修复鼻尖缺
损，手术方法简便，供区可直接缝合，术后效果满意。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of repairing nasal tip defect with nasal dorsal skin flap. Methods From October
2016 to October 2018, 10 cases of nasal tip defect, 7 males and 3 females, aged from 3 to 54 years, were treated with nasal
dorsal kite flap to repair nasal tip defect. Results All flaps survived well without complications such as necrosis, hematoma and
infection. After a follow-up of 3 months, the color and texture of the skin flap were similar to that of the surrounding skin, and
the scar was not obvious. Nasal shape was satisfactory. Conclusion Kite skin flap has good effects on reparing the nasal tip
skin defects. It can achieve aesthetic effects, and can be operated easliy with less trauma and fewer complications. Therefore, it
is worthy of clinical popularization application.
