摘要:: [摘要]目的：观察四步法睑袋整形术治疗睑袋的疗效及术后并发症发生情况。方法：回顾性分析2017年6月-2018年6月于笔
者医院行四步法睑袋整形的48例就医者临床资料，手术主要包括眶隔疝出脂肪切除重置、眶隔加固、外眦韧带悬吊及松弛
皮肤去除四个步骤，评价一般手术情况、手术疗效、术后并发症发生率及满意度评分。结果：本组48例就医者平均手术时
间（17.18±3.64）min，眼部皮肤恢复正常时间（26.84±6.92）d；48例就医者术后下眼睑皮肤松弛、臃肿、下垂情况得
到不同程度改善，其中显效19例（39.58%），有效27例（56.25%），无效2例（4.17%），总有效率达95.83%；术后未见下
睑退缩、眼睑外翻、眼睑皮肤松弛等严重并发症，有1例切口感染（2.08%），1例眼部血肿（2.08%），并发症总发生率为
4.17%；就医者平均满意度总得分达（89.95±7.16）分。结论：四步法睑袋整形术手术时间短，术后恢复快，整体疗效高，
并发症发生率低，就医者满意度较高，是一种安全、有效的睑袋整形术式，值得临床应用。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To observe the efficacy and postoperative complications of four-step process blepharoplasty on eyelid
pouch. Methods The clinical data of 48 patients who underwent four-step process blepharoplasty from June 2017 to June 2018
were retrospectively analyzed, and the surgery mainly included four steps: herniated fat removal or reset in orbital septum,
orbital septum reinforcement, lateral tarsal ligament suspension and loose skin removal. The general surgery, surgical efficacy,
incidence rate of postoperative complications and satisfaction score were evaluated. Results The average operative time was
(17.18±3.64)min, and the time of eye skin normal recovery was (26.84±6.92)d. Among the 48 patients, the skin relaxation,
swelling and sagging of lower eyelid were improved in different degrees after operation, and 19 cases (39.58%) were markedly
effective, and 27 cases(56.25%) were effective and 2 cases (4.17%) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 95.83%.
There were no serious complications of lower eyelid retraction, eyelid ectropion or eyelid skin relaxation after operation,
and there was one case of wound infection (2.08%) and one case of ocular hematoma (2.08%), and the total incidence rate
of complications was 4.17%. The total score of average satisfaction was (89.95±7.16)points. Conclusion Four-step process
blepharoplasty has short operative time, quick recovery, high overall efficacy, low incidence rate of complications and high
satisfaction. And it is a safe and effective blepharoplasty.
