摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨一种可明显缩短恢复时间、外观自然、线条流畅的青年女性上睑皮肤松弛矫正的手术方法。方法：根据术
前设计线，精细剪除上睑松弛皮肤，不破坏眼轮匝肌浅面的血管，保留切口下软组织，而后续行连续埋线法以形成重睑，切
口两侧皮肤间断缝合。结果：于临床应用53例，术后随访2～12个月，重睑外观自然，重睑线流畅，均得到满意效果。术后
恢复时间平均为（3.0±1.5）周。结论：采用切开法联合连续埋线法重睑成形术矫正青年女性上睑皮肤松弛，术后恢复时间
短，形态自然，符合年轻就医者快速恢复预期，同时亦可缩短手术时间，是一种值得在临床推广的手术方法。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To search a method to treat the upper blepharochalasis in young women, which can shorten the recovery
time significantly and provide a natural double eyelid appearance. Methods To the preoperative line, the loose upper-eyelid
skin is removed with keeping the integrity of the orbicularis oculi muscle and vessels. Then a single-knot continuous buried
suture is performed. Finally the cut edged skin is sutured discontinuously. Results All the patients (53 cases) followed up for 2-12
months, were all satisfied with the physically natural double-eyelid appearance and the elegant line. The average recovery time
was (3.0±1.5) weeks. Conclusion In young women, the operation, correcting the upper blepharochalasis by incision combined
with buried suture,can shorten the recovery time signifcantly and at the same time,the operation time. Besides,it is in line with
the expectation of young patients for a rapid recovery. It is worth in clinical application.
