[摘要]目的：探讨离子束联合成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶对凹陷性痤疮瘢痕的治疗效果。方法：选择2017年1月-2017年12月
于笔者科室就诊的凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者62例，按照随机数字表法分为A组和B组，每组31例。A组患者使用离子束方法进行治
疗，B组患者在A组基础上联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶治疗，对两组患者治疗效果进行分析。结果：经治疗后，
两组患者的ECCA评分与瘢痕基底层深度值均降低，B组患者的降低程度大于A组，差异均具有统计学意义（t =5.513、2.657，
P ＜0.05）；A组患者的红斑持续时间均长于B组，差异具有统计学意义（t =3.377，P ＜0.05）；B组患者的治疗效果优于A
组，差异具有统计学意义（Z =-2.639，P ＜0.05）；两组患者的各项不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.350、
0.738、1.069，P ＞0.05）。结论：使用离子束联合碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶对凹陷性痤疮瘢痕患者进行治疗，可以提
升治疗效果，且安全性良好。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ion beam combined with fibroblast growth factor gel on sunken
acne scar. Methods 62 patients with depressed acne scars from the dermatology department of Zoucheng People’s Hospital
from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into group A and group B, 31 patients in each group. Patients in
group A were treated with ion beam therapy, while patients in group B were treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast
growth factor gel on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results After treatment, the ECCA
score and scar basal layer depth of the two groups were decreased, and the decrease degree of group B was greater than that
of group A. The data difference was statistically significant (t =5.513, 2.657,P ＜0.05). The duration of erythema in group A
was longer than that in group B (t =3.377, P ＜0.05). The therapeutic effect of group B was better than that of group A, and the
difference was statistically significant (Z =-2.639,P ＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse
reactions between the two groups (χ2=0.350、0.738、1.069,P ＞0.05). Conclusion The use of ion beam combined with basic
fibroblast growth factor gel in the treatment of sunken acne scar can improve the efficacy and safety of the treatment.
