[摘要]目的：探讨红蓝光照射联合聚维酮碘湿敷治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法：按照随机数字法将2017年1月-2018年5
月笔者医院收治的100例中重度面部痤疮患者分为A组和B组，每组50例。A组患者使用红蓝光治疗仪进行局部红蓝光照射
治疗，B组患者在A组基础上使用聚维酮碘湿敷。比较两组治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后炎性皮损、非炎性皮损及不同类型
皮损(粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节、囊肿)数目，观察不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，B组总有效率（88.00%）显著高
于A组（62.00%），差异有统计学意义(P ＜0.05)；与治疗前比较，治疗后两组炎性皮损、非炎性皮损及粉刺、丘疹、脓
疱、结节、囊肿数目均明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05)；治疗后两组之间非炎性皮损数目比较差异无统计学意
义(P ＞0.05)；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P ＞0.05)。结论：红蓝光照射联合聚维酮碘湿敷治疗中重度面
部痤疮效果明显，安全性高。
Abstract:
Abstracts: Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of red-blue light irradiation combined with hydropathic compress of
povidone iodine in treatment of patients with moderate and severe facial acne. Methods According to random number method,
100 patients with moderate and severe facial acne admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were divided into
group A and group B, 50 cases in each group. The patients were treated by local red-blue light irradiation with red-blue ray
therapy apparatus in group A, the patients were treated by hydropathic compress of povidone iodine in group B based on group
A. The clinical efficac was compared between two groups. The number of inflammatory skin lesions, non-inflammatory skin
lesion and different types of skin lesions (acne,papules, pustules, nodules, cyst) were compared between two groups before
and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of group B was 88.00, which was significantly higher than
that of group A (62.00,P ＜0.05). The number of inflammatory lesions, non-inflammatory lesions, pimples, papules, pustules,
nodules and cysts in group B were significantly decreased (P ＜0.05), and the number of cysts in group B was significantly
lower than that in group A (P ＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of non-inflammatory lesions between
the two groups after treatment, and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was no significant difference(P＞0.05).
Conclusion The clinical efficacy was obvious and safety was high of red-blue light irradiation combined with hydropathic
compress of povidone iodine in treatment of patients with moderate and severe facial acne.
